My one-year-old loves to swing in this swing, fits just fine, etc. There seems to be some questioning whether this works hanging from a tree, and it does just fine in our case. The ropes attached are short, designed to hang from a swing set, but it comes with metal caribiners to hook the front and back ropes together and to hang from swing set hooks, so we just tied additional rope around the limb and to the caribiners. It is safe and secure. Our only complaint might be that the (5-point!) harness buckle is a little tight–requires extra squeezing to buckle and unbuckle.

We got our roadster swing at the Home Depot, so it is orange and comes with boy and girl stickers to add some flare. My 9 month old loves it! It is easy to put him in and take him out. The leg holes are large to accomadate even the cubbiest legs, it has leg divider so child can not slide under. There is also an additional seatbelt so even the wiggliest child is safe! Rope is also nice and long, so swing sits only 18″ or so off ground(on our swingset)which is the proper distance for any child swing according to the instruction manual of other brands . This swing can be used up to 55lbs which is much longer than all the others we looked at!

I have 2 of these swings for my wooden play set. My grandsons are 3 and they can get into these swings by themselves. I am much more comfortable with them swinging in swings with backs. I think the age recommendation is wrong on the site, but for 2-5 year olds, these are good swings.
